CAST RELEASE AGREEMENT

1. Grant of Rights. For good and valuable consideration, the undersigned performer hereby grants the Production Company, its licensees, successors and assigns, the perpetual, worldwide right to record, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, license and otherwise use the performer’s name, image, voice, likeness, performance and appearance in connection with the production and any related promotional materials.

2. Territory and Duration. This agreement applies worldwide and continues indefinitely across all media now known or hereafter devised.

3. Compensation. The performer acknowledges receipt of the agreed compensation stated below and accepts that this release covers all authorized uses described in this agreement.

4. Release. The performer releases and discharges the Production Company from all claims, demands, liabilities and damages arising from the authorized use of the performer’s image, voice, likeness or performance.

5. Minor Talent. If the performer is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign below to acknowledge consent and acceptance of the terms of this release.
