By accessing PREP, you accept these terms, our privacy policy, and any future updates. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
To use PREP, you must be at least 13 years old and able to enter into legally binding agreements. Parents or guardians must consent for minors where required.
You are responsible for protecting your account information and credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
PREP grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the platform according to these terms. We may change, suspend, or discontinue service features with notice.
PREP currently offers a free plan with limited access. The free tier allows one active project at a time and provides only basic AI features. Premium plans may become available in the future with enhanced limits, advanced AI functionality, and priority support.
The free plan is intentionally limited to one active project and selected AI features only. Higher usage levels, additional projects, and advanced AI capabilities require a premium subscription when those plans are offered.
When premium plans are offered, subscription fees will be billed as described at checkout. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled according to the billing terms for that plan.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create on PREP. By using the service, you grant PREP a license to store and display that content as needed to provide the service.
All PREP software, branding, and designs are owned by PREP or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our intellectual property without permission.
Do not use PREP for unlawful activities, harassment, spam, or uploading prohibited content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts for violations.
PREP is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PREP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of PREP after notice constitutes acceptance.
